This brick duplex is located just off Mason Avenue where one can walk to the beach, Town Harbor, restaurants, shops, the theater and art galleries! The front porch is welcoming with its wooden swing, wicker loveseat and additional chair for enjoying the outdoors. There is a charcoal built in grill in the back for guests to enjoy cook-outs. Whether inside or out, the Wi-fi coverage is great here.

The entry way is welcoming and features a bench for convenience of taking off shoes and flip flips. The living room features a rocker, sofa and loveseat and has a faux fireplace and a television equipped with an Amazon firestick. The large dining room is accessed through the original pocket doors and features a faux fireplace and ample seating for family and friends.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities for those who chose to cook including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, a standing mixer, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker which provides everything you will need for preparing meals. A drop leaf table provides extra prep space or an area for morning coffee for a few guests. The main level is completed with a half bath. A fullsize washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for guest use.
